I've made to us recipe twice and I find the bead very tasty. The first time I made a stromboli with some rolls and the second time two giant stromboli. So tasty!
A question: both times the dough rose Out instead of Up. How do I get more height? Am I letting it rise too long? Is the dough too soft? I was able to roll it easily.
