Today's Sunday February 18th, 2024, and I just made this pie filling, and it's AMAZING!!! It takes me back to my childhood, and it tastes JUST LIKE my "Second Mom's" recipe! Thanks Just A Pinch! This is my ONLY lemon pie filling recipe! ☺️
