Mine came out perfect following her guidelines. I added to the mixture some sauted canadian bacon with a couple tbsp of chopped vidalia onion. Layered this canadian bacon mixture on top of the grated swiss cheese then scattered 5 steamed brussel sprouts sliced thin. (Steam them for 10 min). Added a dash of nutmeg. Poured egg mixture on top. Sprinkled with sweet paprika. I've never had a reaction so strong to this combo. The quiche was gone in 1/2 hour eaten by 3 people!
