Stir The Vinaigrette Again And Pour It Over The Potatoes. Immediately Pour Broth Over Potato Slices. Add The Minced Shallot And Parsley. Make Vinaigrette By Whisking Together Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Garlic, Salt, And Pepper. Prepare The Broth. Cook Potatoes. Drain And Peel.
