I made this as written, My rice with 24 min left of cooking was crunchy still and my chicken was done. I took out of oven and let it sit the remining cooking time covered to help steam the rice which worked. My adjustment for next time - more liquid.

This recipe uses chicken thighs--are those with bone-in? If I wanted to use boneless, would the cooking time decrease? Thank you!!
