I make this cake recipe in pie form..using 2 - 9" pie plates. I'm not a good crust maker so this is my answer to the perfect pumpkin pie. I also add a little more spice.
I bake this recipe in 2 - 9" pie pnas. Tis one got baked a little too long but it was still delicious. The rose is made from an apple peel. I had extras from the upside down pecan apple pie I made, so put one on this pie.
