I made this when I couldn't find my mother's recipe and I needed to find a recipe. It is good! I couldn't imagine though baking it for 1 1/2 hrs so I checked it after 1/2 hr and it was done. I added a drizzle of powered sugar frosting flavored with orange zest (done after loading photo) and sprinkled with pecans. Yum! I cut the sugar back to 2/3 c as the prunes would be sweet. It wasn't missed.
