I made this recipe. I followed the recipe however I used 100 proof vodka, made four times the amount, and now I am making the recipe for lemon peel. I will take a photo of that when complete. This is really a great recipe. I have made Limoncello since the 1990's and I like this recipe best. I hope this helps. Cheers....
