The skin browned up really nice. I put my temperature probe in the breast meat and set it for 170 degrees. I also set my stove timer for 3 hours as that's how long I thought it would take to get done. When the temp was right the alarm sounded. Done.
Stirred the melted butter into the chicken broth and poured it over the breast. Then spread 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise over the whole turkey breast. 11/14/13
