Placed the batter in a greased 9 X 5 glass loaf dish and put in a 350 degree oven. Set the timer for 50 minutes as my oven tends to run a little hot. 7/24/13
2 Eggs, 1 cup milk, 3 T oil and 2 tsp fresh lemon juice...wet ingredients. I found that only 1 lemon provided all the zest and lemon juice that I needed to make this bread. 7/24/13
2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 T baking powder in bowl. I tossed the blueberries in four before adding them so that they would not all sink to the bottom. 1 tsp lemon zest.

Just wish I wasn't so allergic to blueberries....but I've made this with cherries and used a sugar substitute (sometimes applesauce)♥
It looks good and I have all the ingredients. I will bake this tomorrow morning to get my family out of the bed. The house will be smelling delicious I'm sure.
