Thank you for the recipe. The flavor was good and simple. I think next time I'd like to try adding hot sauce to the buttermilk soak. I have not fried food very often... actually maybe only once before. The breading kept falling off with my 1st 2 batches. I wasn't sure if I overcrowded the pan or what. I tried turning up the heat a little and the 3rd batch turned out so much better. I told my husband I will either give up on trying to make fried chicken or I will do this until I get it right. He voted for doing it until I get it right. Soooo, I guess I'll have a new hobby for awhile. Ha ha. Thanks again for sharing the recipe and excellent detailed instructions.
