Heavenly! The creamy dijon mustard sauce flavors the pork tenderloin just perfectly. It's quite simple to make too, so it's easy enough to crank out on a busy mid-week evening, yet it's sophisticated flavors and impressive presentation make it the perfect entree for your most important dinner guests. I couldn't find any chanterelles after dropping in on three markets, so I went with sliced button mushrooms which worked out quite well. But I'd love to repeat this recipe (again and again and again) and hopefully get a chance to use chanterelles at least once when returning to this recipe again. It's wonderful. Thanks, lazyme.
