This Is A Great Recipe I Used Bone In Chicken Breast. These 3 Big Chicken Breast Took Up A Whole Pan With Potatoes. I Cooked This Covered On 350 Bake For 1 Hr.. 30 Min. Then I Took The Foil Off, Drained The Liquid And Cooked It 30 Min. 400 Convection Bake
