Excellent Cake..used My Own Home Made Mincemeat..:) Yum..was Skeptical On The Caramel Frosting.never Attempted It..next Time Will Make A Little More..:) Although It Doesn't Need More In The Middle..lol..but I Had To Use 9 Pans And Cook 35 Min Instead 45
