to make the rolls I cut the dough in 8 pieces before the 2nd rise and baked them on a buttered cookie sheet covered in foil for 15 minutes, then took off the foil for another 8 minutes.
These are going to be perfect for holding hotdogs, potatoes, peppers and onions! Nice, sturdy rolls! They came out great, and might even make good soup bowls too!
