Photo Of I Loved The Idea Of Doing Elmo Cupcakes And Decided Too Add Cookie Monster Too. I Had Several Graduation Open Houses To Do This Past Weekend And These Went Over Well With The Little Kids At The Parties. Simple..basically Look At The Picture And Use A Half Chocolate Chip Cookie Cutting A Small Slice Into The Lower Half Of The Cupcake To Place Cookie Into Cupcake Looking Like It Is In Cookie Monsters Mouth. I Did Yellow Cake With A Hershey's Candy Kiss In The Center When Baking...these Went Over Very Well, And Are So Much Fun To Make!
