Great! Where can I find calcium chloride and culture. Sorry to be so dense but I want to get the right stuff from the start.

Yes. For store bought milk you have to add calcium chloride or it won't set. Cheesemaking is so easy you will wonder why you haven't done it sooner ! lol... There are lots of cheese recipes on jap. I have three posted, mozarella,ricotta and Lithuanian Farmers cheese. I'm waiting on an order of culture so that I can do some different types of cheese.

It's supposed to snow here tonight, up to 6 inches. When I was a kid we always made buttered popcorn and this fudge. Think I'll make it tonight.
