Today I Made This Recipe But Changed It Up A Bit, Again. I Added The Zest From Half An Orange And Half A Cup Almond Meal To The Dry Ingredients And Used Coconut Yogurt Instead Of Regular. For The Topping I Added The Other Half Of The Orange Zest And A Cup Of Almond Meal To Make A More Crumble Topping, And To The Glaze I Used Coconut Cream Instead Of Regular Heavy Cream. And They Turned Out Awesome And Cooked In Muffin Tin, Made 34 Muffins, They Were Awesome!
