Hi, hope you don't mind but I adjusted the recipe a bit. I followed your recipe except that I sliced the potatoes a little thicker and used about 2 lbs. fresh kielbasa and cooked on low for about 5 - 6 hrs. in crockpot. Recipe is to die for. Thanks so much would not have thought 3 ingredients would produce a fabulous meal. Being polish from home I am very picky about my kielbasa.
