fry as you would pancakes. I used a non stick pan with a drop of butter. fry slowly and brown the bottom as they are very delicate and want to stick to your spatula.
The taste was wonderful, light and flavorful. I suggest you try a bite before adding anything. we both loved it as it is. Was the perfect complement to any fruit breakfast. we had it with yoghurt, mango, grapes, and cantalope
