Good morning Paula, thank you for your sweet words. I guess I have my parents to thank for that, we always had great food on the table and everything made from scratch. So I'll pretty much try anything once...and what's the worse thing that can happen " you don't like it " and believe me there have been plenty of recipes " that sounded delish in my mind " but on the dinner plate....wellllllll that was another story ha ha ha!

When I decided to make the " tot's " I was trying to figure out how to make the wings this time, and then I thought I'd try the Kung Pao sauce. The combination was really good. I tweaked the sauce a wee bit...but that's nothing new for me...ha ha ha...and since I have about 1/2 of the potato mixture in the freezer....I'm thinking of maybe stuffing jalapeno's and smoking them...on the BBQ....I'll keep you posted!
