thanx Kathy...considering the alternative...losing the business was better than losing my legs..which the Dr said i would if i didn't get out of it...I am doing much better now tho..after losing alot of weight and exercising.

I'm sure ur cake will turn out great.
I had a home based bakery for 20 yrs b4 i bought a bakery. I finally had to sell it in 1999 bcuz of health probs. Now I just make dessert cakes on occasion..but my shoulders won't let me do elaborate decorated ones anymore.

Thanx so much Kathy..it tastes even better than it looks..yummm ...I just love whipped cream frostings much better then heavy buttercreams. We used alot of whipped cream icings in my bakery.
