The entirely of the batter should fit in a standard 2 cup measuring cup. Mine is an Anchor Hocking one. I also measured my milk in the same glass cup. You will need to weigh the flour, however.
Pancake turned over and cooking on the other side. The one side torn a little, but it's still good. This is how you should aim to have each side cooked with the pockets of light and darker sections.
