No Brown At All, And They Might Be A Tad Chewy (but Still Tasty). Thumbnail For Two Leaves Of Kale, Cut Into Pieces And Seasoned. Ready For The Oven. Thumbnail For Same Leaf, With Stem Trimmed Out. Thumbnail For One Leaf Of Kale, Before Trimming.
