Try Google for videos. There are quite a few owl projects on there. This one appears to be just strips of corugated cardboard, rolled up. the nose looks like a carrot. LOL!
THOSE ARE SO CUTE! I WISH THE DIRECTIONS WERE WHERE I COULD GET MY HANDS ON THEM. I NEED TO BE SHOWN HOW TO DO THESE THINGS, READING HOW TO DOESN'T WORK FOR ME! LOL!
