Hi! I just wanted to let everyone know that you can make this candy in a slow cooker!! I just did and WOW!!! It turned out AWESOME!!! I have a Hamilton Beach 7 qt slow cooker. I am glad that I read the reviews, otherwise I would probably have burnt chocolate and not be a happy camper! Anyways!! My slow cooker has a Keep Warm, Low and High selection. I used the Keep Warm selection and kept it warm for 2 1/2 hours. I could have done the whole 3 hours, but was excited to finish it before my son came home from school, and it was just fine. So for those who have a slow cooker and have the keep warm selection, use that or keep it on low and just not for the full 3 hours.

I hope this helps anyone who is having these dilemmas!!

Happy Cooking!!!
