You could leave off both of the drizzles if you want. When I first started making this, it only had the crumb topping on it. I added the other 2. Thanks fro saying about the cookbook. I used to make this alot for school bake sales.
It is home made caramel so its quite dark...I didn't do the drizzle thingy as I don't much like powdered sugar so much...the cake is fantastic Peggi!!Its a keeper for me...I think it should go in the JAP cookbook!!
