It is in many foods. I have a heart murmer and have no trouble also a on again and off again high blood pressure.

I will get some and try it...but first...since I take meds for high blood pressure, also a bata blocker for irregular heartbeat, and am a diabetic is it ok to take this???

I will never cut mine. Try Biotin. I was using it for my nails but it did more for my hair. I found that when my un-dyed hair came in I instantly looked 15-20 years older. Eric loves it says it makes me look witchy. To me it is just old. well I guess I am will be 57 this may.

Well...maybe I was still in my 40's as I look at my profile pic and it is cut there. I was 48 when my first grandbaby was born.

I am trying to let mine grow (as I've always kept it short since it's grey)...when I was younger it was down my back too, but not quite to my waist. When I got into my 50's I cut it all off.
