The only thing "wrong" with my making a batch of biscuits (and that picture is making it awfully tempting, Andy!) today, is the computer and the kitchen are on opposite ends of the house, and I'd have to leave the computer for awhile!
On the other hand, putting the oven on, will heat up the house somewhat, and I won't have to turn up the thermostat.
Electricity is cheaper than natural gas . . . !
