My favorite brand to use, the nuts are chopped to the perfect size, already roasted and the bag measures to 1 1/2 cups.
I chop the pineapple to a rough size of smaller than a dime but bigger than a chocolate chip. Too small the flavor gets lost, too big and they take over the cookie.
