These are the last few cookies I filled with nutella because I ran out of the Dulce de leche. They are delicious with the nutella as well..

Mounded the dulce de leche in the middle and then pressed on the top cookies to spread out the caramel evenly in the cookie sandwich.

No need to press the cookies down, they will spread nicely when baking.
