Ceramic knife and wooden chopping board - far, far better than a steel knife for chopping and kind of fruit or veg.
My set up: tea towel for hot jars to go on, paper towel for sterilised lids to be put on, Funnel and jar wrench - can't live without those, plus other items I sometimes using.
Clean jars ready to be baked at 180c for 30 minutes to sterilise.
Lids ready to be boiled for 10 minutes to sterilise.
