I wanted to share a substitution for Self Rising Flour (sometimes I don't have it on hand, so have to make a substitution for it):

(Makes one cup of Self Rising Flour 'Substitute')

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and use in place of self rising flour.
2. May double or triple if more is needed.

Thank you Diane, and also thank you for this delicious versatile recipe..we love it! I will make it often too. The frozen Dole's bag of Blueberry's turned out so nice..they were still plump, large, juicy, and very flavorful after cooking in the Crock Pot. My timing turned out to be one hour and thirty minutes..I wrote it down for future use..thank you Diane!
