Used 5 Pounds Of A Mix Of Apples (cripps Pink, Braeburn, Gala, Honey Crisp And 3 Pounds Of Bartlett Pears. I Followed The Recipe To A Tee. This Is The Most Delicious Recipe Ever, But It Is Time Consuming. Start Very Early. Made 15 1/2 Pint Jars. Yum.
