After 2 Hours It Had Reduced And I Used My Immersion Blender And Whizzed It Then I Simmered Another 30 Minutes, Watching It So It Did Not Scorch.

I First Caramelized My Onions In 2 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil And Then Added The Rest Of The Ingredients And Simmered For 2 Hours
