Mixed 3 T olive oil and 3 T balsamic vinegar together and put it in the bowl. Tossed the vegetables... added 1/4 t pepper and 1/2 t salt. Just a guess as to how much to use. It's a starting point for me. Hope I didn't overdo it. Can hardly wait to try it.
1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half on bottom. 1/2 small cucumber which equaled 1 cup, seeded and diced, 1/2 small red onion about 1/4 cup, and 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 4/9/13
