That is my flat meringue in the picture line up. Even with the nasty gluten free crust that I had to make for my gluten intolerant family, half of that pie is gone in one sitting! The filling was great, even though there may be a mistake in the quantity of water used. The meringue was wonderfully tasty, just not enough of it!
