I glad you enjoyed them! That's actually a great idea- freezing the filling for later use. I think I'll make extra next time and do the same to save time! Thanks for sharing Michelle.
They turned out wonderful! I tweaked the recipe a touch and I made a vegetarian version of it for my daughter. I will be making this again it was a huge hit! The only thing is I should have left them in the oven a little longer but I had extra filling that I froze so I'll be making them again soon.
