A Variant Adding Rosemary And Coarsely-grated Parmesan And Romano Cheeses To The Dry Ingredients, Cutting Back On The Salt To Compensate, And Using My Inverted-dutch-oven Trick. My Father, Another Foodie, Called It The Best Bread He's Ever Tasted.

I Didn't Have An Iron Dutch Oven, So I Used A 2.5 Qrt Round Casserole, And Put An Iron Lid On It.
