1. I used these items in my recipe, I grated my own lime for zest and juice.
Time for the taste test, they are so delicious and excellent with cold milk, coffee or tea.
I didnt have muffin liners, I may have added more batter than called for but look how good they turned out.
The muffins are ready for the oven, this is how they looked.
