I had a hankering for BBQ chicken but it is pouring rain all week so I gave this recipe a try. It is great! Hubby and I love the spice mix marinade. It was quick to put together and I used Sweet Baby Ray original BBQ sauce. It was very moist and tender with a ton of flavor. I'm so happy to have found this recipe so thank you Cheryl! I had leftover baked potatoes so I turned them into a quick potato salad and also made some garden green beans on the side. A great meal!
