I Have Done The Vodka Lemon Cake It Took Awhile Because In Uk Our Measurements Are Different And Oven Settings To But It Looks Browner Than The Original Pic I Left It In Oven For 55 Mins In Fan Assisted At 180c And I Forgot To Add 1/2 Tsp Of Salt.

Yes this was delicious and defo taste that vodka I guess forgetting the 1/2 teaspoon of salt didn’t matter. I wouid like if possible if ingredients can be put in to grams and floz for liquids ?
