This was really, really good! The marinade was easy to put together. I probably ending up marinating the meat for about 6 hours, which was plenty. It imparted such flavor to the meat, which grilled up quickly, about 8 minutes per side. I will definitely be making this again! Made for Culinary Quest 2014.
