Hi Deb, i hear ya on the measuring part, i wing it mostly, when i think about it i try to measure what i mix in etc.,lol... Like with the chicken paprikash i just know how make it,but i`ve watched my Dad show me millions of times i have it down pat..Bless there hearts, my parents are up above me now,when i`m cooking i always pray before i make a Hungarian dish and it usually turns out just the way i remember and the taste and memories are still there.

:) Such comfort food! My Grandma was the best cook ever! I will have to post some of her dishes. Problem is, nothing was ever measured! I will figure them out though.
