My Rolls Right After Icing...they Weren't As Warm As They Should've Been To Help The Icing Spread Around, But No One Complained. ;) And They're Funky Shaped Cuz I Crammed Too Many In The Pan Together.  Next Time I'll Spread 'em Out A Bit! :d

Bonnie, just get a piece of twine, or dental floss, or a couple of thicknesses of sewing thread about 14 inches or so long. Place the center of it right under the rolls and cross the ends over and pull tight. It is kind of like you are tying shoe laces but you don't loop the twine through. It slices perfectly through the dough and gives you beautifully shaped rolls.

Bonnie, You cut the dough with twine because it makes a clean cut without smashing the dough. It is very, very simple.
