It is a goofy little pan for sure. I guess the idea is when you flip the crepe over, you just turn the whole pan over. It works but so does flipping it with a spatula. lol

I'm not sure how this pan works. It kind of reminds me of an omelet pan, what with the deeper side and then the flat textured side. You'll have to let me know how you use it. Interesting.
