Very delicate Italian cookie. Crispy sweet, and lacy looking. Easy yet must handle with care when constructing this sweet delights. The easiest way is to cool for 5 minutes before taking them off the parchment lined pan. Also the simple chocolate filling makes it super simple. Go for the cream filling and chocolate covering to add a little more detail. Either way they are delicious!!!!
