Oh wow, this was delicious and quite easy to prepare. I could not get a decent photo though; sorry about that. But the bread was quite delicious and went well with our Beef Stroganoff and Beets in Sweet Orange Sauce. It had a nice depth of flavor that I remember from my grandmother's Black Bread recipe. And it was quite delicious with the fennel, caraway and molasses contributing so much flavor. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Ger. Made for 2014 Culinary Quest.
