I made mine tonight with bottom crust as well and stuffed them full! I made them in my castiron biscuit pan and they were awesome! Thats all i did different from the first time I made them :)
Thanks again for the recipe it is so simple and so easy that my 23 year old who does not cook and still lives at home lol says she is making this for her boyfriend! Fun to eat like this just a mini big mac :)
Oh My, I LOVE how you stuffed the biscuits!!!! It made them, like a hand pie! I can see my guys LOVING these. Plus, I would figure, they would freeze nice. Making them an excellent snack to throw into the microwave when the guys have a hollow spot! In turn making a bigger excuse to keep the sauce on hand in the fridge. :) Win, Win situation, I think. LOL
