those are pretty big, very thin but quite large in diameter. Never really weighed the meat when making patties, but guessing close to 1/2. And I can't see the dial if I don't have my reading glasses on so I never know. I just turn it on almost all the way, sear them and turn it down a little, then flip and do the same.
Those sure look awesome! Questions: 1) What weight are those burgers (I'm thinking either 1/4lb or very large in diameter 1/3lb)? 2) You're electric grill looks very similar to ours - what temp did you grill them at?
